COACHED HOURS

Coached Hours provide self-lead time in the gym under the watchful eye of a Coach & supportive environment.

This membership tier is for someone who has either completed 3-6 months of 1:1 Coaching with a One Rep Coach or has experience in barbell training (i.e. powerlifting, Olympic lifting, Crossfit).
